Evolution SWD, LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach toward forced labor or child labor. We do not employ individuals under the minimum legal working age nor engage in involuntary labor practices.
2. U.S. Legal Compliance
Our hiring follows all relevant U.S. federal labor laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and applicable state statutes to ensure fair, voluntary, and lawful employment.
3. Responsible Partner Standards
We exclusively contract with domestic suppliers and service providers who share our commitment to lawful labor practices. We periodically review their compliance to confirm alignment with our standards.
4. Internal Due Diligence
Our procedures include:

All hiring managers and procurement personnel receive training on identifying risks related to forced or child labor and reporting escalation protocols.
